What is the difference between the Standard Pack and Developers Pack options? For more information on how pricing works please visit our Pricing Options page where we detail each Package.
How do I get a reference number? In order to get a reference number you need to purchase an Obox Theme directly off the Obox website. If you have bought a theme from tumblr.com then you will need to fill out our contact form for help.
Can I remove the Obox credit and logo from the theme? Yes, once you have purchased a theme from Obox you are free to do what you want with it including removing the credit to Obox.
Can you modify my theme for me? Although we do not do custom client work, we have setup a list of Approved Theme Modifiers who have the skill set available to modify your theme.
Can I get support if I have not purchased a theme? Unfortunately not, you will need to own an Obox Theme in order to get support.
Can I test out your theme before purchasing it? We do have demo sites for each theme which allow you to preview the front end however we do not supply trial downloads.
