You may have noticed that every Friday for the past 3 or 4 weeks we ran a special called 'OBOXFRIDAY'. What we were doing was testing what gave us the best return in terms of sales and of course, marketing.
The results were plain to see and so we have decided to create a permanent special that I am sure many of you will appreciate.
So whats the deal?
First off, we realized that some of you came to buy Platform but left with Press. So we thought, why not give you the opportunity to leave with both and at the same time save huge on the purchase?
Previously, if you wanted two themes it would have cost you $100. But we have changed that now.
If you buy any two single user themes from Obox we will give you a $30 discount on the second theme. That's a massive 60% reduction on your second theme.
This offer is permanent and still undercuts many of our Premium Theme competitors in the market when it comes to a '2-for-1' deal.
The process is very easy to go through, either select two single user themes in our theme shop or alternatively we will remind you about the deal on checkout.
With three new themes coming up in the next 4 weeks, I think this special will serve many of you quite well when it comes to choosing which of them you want ;)
What else happened
We didn't realize how complex it would be to include the $30 saving into our shopping system. So while we created the new system we also made some other updates to the site:
- Neater theme list page with better purchase navigation
- Completely new Product page with specs, feature list and screenshot slider
- A dedicated documentation section (instead of relying on the forums)
- I also cleaned up some of the styling across the site (it was a bit of a mess)
The last thing that we have been wanting to do is intergrate We Are not Freelancers content into an Obox blog. That will be the final upgrade in the coming weeks and then 100% focus turns to the Themes. Yes please :)
